Brakspear Oxford Gold Organic Beer
light, foamy rich, refreshing (and slightly gave me that closed esophogus feeling).
Slightly fruity and tinny, but pleasantly so.

Had a thing the other day- where I was questioned on the beer I liked, what not Coors and Budweiswer, are you surprised? and I realised, although many of the brews named were familiar, damn if I remember if I’d had many of them, much less what I thought of them. Ah if only there were a place I could store my thoughts on teh b33rs for future reccollection aside from my swiss cheese meatbag memory system.
Aproblematic aside:
For the past year or so I’ve had his sensation where my throat/ esophogus feels like it’s closing up when I drink beer, wine, or especially champagne. It’s not always, and anti-acids do nothing to fix the problem, I dunno. Ulcer? meh, don’t think so, so much. But I got that nasty feeling now, and it really puts a damper on me wanting to finish this here beer. I could only have a sip. Ah, hell, heckova start to a beerblogging archive right?
Old Hooky: Decidedly dark and fruity, and a bit tinny, to be honest. Almost like a weissbier, very rich flavour and .. well I could only get a sip into it. Drat. But- I wasn’t that impressed, anyway.
